MOON BAY BURGLARIES - 1st February to 22nd March 2005

PROBLEM
There
have been 28 residential burglaries in the Half Moon Bay area since the 1st of
February 2005. For the purpose of this problem profile, the target area is defined
as follows: north of Butley Drive, east of Pakuranga and Bucklands Beach Road,
and south of Sunderlands Road.



In
the case of three-quarters of all burglaries, the dwellinghouse was not/barely
visible from the road (due to ROW, large fences, trees etc).
